Terms of Service By registering at this site you agree that you have read the Association Handbook and that you are bound to the Terms set forth therein. You are required to return a SIGNED, ORIGINAL of the 'Binding Agreement'. Your services as a Member, although paid for will not be turned on until the Association has received your signed Binding Agreement and accepted same. Until the Association has received your signed Agreement and check, money order or cash, your User Registration will be "pending." Your Membership and the right to receive continual subscription information, news and other benefits will terminate if you do not pay your annual renewal fee(s) when due. With regard to posted comments or other content, we reserve the right to remove, edit, or move any messages for any reason.
